UP District Festival Field is located at 1329 5th Ave. N, Fargo, ND, 58102, between The Edge Artist Flats and Angel’s Arena. Please use 1329 5th Ave. N in all ride share apps while we work on getting the venue listed.

Yes! A selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, as well as a rotating roster of local food trucks. Check out our social media pages for each show’s lineup! Outside food and beverage, besides one 20 ounce or smaller factory-sealed bottle of water, is not allowed inside the venue.

Boxcar Depot has a limited capacity and tickets include access to private restrooms, first access to bartenders, elevated views, and limited GA seating.

Chairs will be set up and available on a first come, first serve basis. If you’d like to bring your own lawn chair, they will be allowed in Boxcar, but only in the grassy, designated areas of the section and not on the riser.

Our events proceed rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately, as umbrellas are not allowed. We recommend wearing raincoats or ponchos. In the case of severe weather, such as lightning or extreme winds, we may delay or cancel events; updates will be communicated through our website, social media, and email alerts. Refunds are only provided if an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled.

We strongly discourage purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. While sometimes they sell valid tickets, there is also a risk of scams. If you purchase from a reseller, the venue will not be able to validate your ticket until you arrive at the show, which could result in entry being denied.

No, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable or exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellations.

Will call name changes must be submitted to Tickets300 during normal business hours, at least 24 hours prior to the show, and are subject to management approval. Changes must be submitted by the ticket purchaser; no exceptions.

For most performances at UP District Festival Field, everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a valid ticket. However, for certain events, children aged 12 and under may enter free of charge. Please refer to the specific event page for details on age restrictions and ticketing policies.

While we welcome infants and children at our all-ages shows, we highly recommend the use of noise-canceling headphones for children under 12. Concerts and festivals typically produce sound levels of about 100-120 decibels, which can be harmful, particularly to the developing ears of young children. Protecting their hearing is a priority, and noise-canceling headphones can reduce sound exposure to safer levels.

Please call 701-298-0071, and our box office representatives will assist you in selecting the best ADA-compliant seats according to your needs.

Overnight camping is not permitted at UP Festival Field. Complete camping information for the Fargo-Moorhead area can be found online at fargomoorhead.org. For hotel accommodation options please visit our Partners section.

As a general rule, posters/signage under 11 x 17 inches are allowed in UP District Festival Field. All posters/signage must be handheld, may not be mounted on sticks or poles, may not be lit or constructed using lighting elements, may not contain offensive language or graphics and may not prevent other guests from seeing the stage/event. Posters/signage deemed “inappropriate” for any reason will be confiscated by tour security. Jade Presents reserves the right to amend this policy at any time based on specific event requirements. Our poster/signage policy does vary by event, so please call 701-298-0071 in advance with questions.

If you still have a question, please send us an email to [email protected] or call the box office at 701-298-0071.
